PIEBENCH is field operations software for smart meter rollouts. It is built by MindPress Technologies and was founded by Faisal Fayaz. Crews get an offline Android app for installation, consumer indexing and NCM visits; the office gets approvals, daily progress and no-code integrations. It is built for AMISPs, installation agencies and DISCOMs, on 20 years of power distribution experience.

PIEBENCH is a product of MindPress Technologies. It was founded by Faisal Fayaz.
The product is built on 20 years of power distribution experience. That experience shapes one belief: the nuances of field operations are not discoverable at design time. They emerge in week two of a rollout, from your best technician, in conditions no planner anticipated. Software for this work has to change the same day, without a developer and without a six-week wait.
