Every plan is a flat monthly price with a set number of users included. You don't pay per technician, so adding a crew member mid-month doesn't change the bill until you outgrow the plan.

What every plan includes

  • Scout, the offline Android app. Jobs, readings and photos are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns.
  • Smart meter workflows. Meter installation and replacement, consumer indexing, NCM visits and new connections.
  • Access control. Seven roles and a full audit trail of every action.

Which plan fits

Free trial. For trying PIEBENCH with a couple of technicians before you commit. It is small on purpose: enough to run real jobs end to end and see whether the process suits your crews.

Starter ($199/month). For an installation agency or a small team running one project. It covers 10 users and 10,000 service points, with attendance, CSV import, Smart Views and On-Duty live tracking.

Pro ($499/month). For an AMISP or a larger agency running up to 3 projects. It adds Connectorly integrations with your HES, MDM or billing system, auto-approval rules, the workflow builder, and performance tracking with a leaderboard.

Enterprise. For large rollouts that need unlimited users, a dedicated instance, white-labelling, custom integrations or features, guided onboarding and dedicated support. Contact us for a quote.

Working out which plan you need

Three numbers decide it, and you probably know them already.

Users. Count everyone who logs in: technicians in the field, supervisors who approve work, and office staff who watch progress. An agency with eight technicians and two supervisors needs 10 users. Compare that with each plan's user limit in the table above, and leave room for the crew you will add next month.

Service points. One per premises you will visit in the project, which usually means one per consumer in your work area. Starter covers 10,000, and Pro covers 1,00,000.

Projects. If you work for more than one DISCOM or AMISP at once, and want to keep their data apart, you need a project for each. Starter has 1, Pro has 3.

If you are unsure, start on the free trial, run a few real jobs, and pick the plan when you know your numbers.

How this compares

Some field apps publish a price per user per month; others only quote after a demo. If you are comparing, multiply any per-user price by the number of technicians you expect at peak, not at the pilot. How PIEBENCH compares with other field apps.

Questions buyers ask

How much does PIEBENCH cost?

There is a free trial, then Starter at $199 a month and Pro at $499 a month. Each plan is a flat price with a set number of users, service points and work orders included. Enterprise is priced on request and adds unlimited usage, a dedicated instance and white-labelling.

Is there a free trial for the smart meter field app?

Yes. The free trial covers 3 users and needs no card. It is meant for running a handful of real jobs end to end, so you can see how Scout behaves on your crews' phones before you choose a paid plan.

Is PIEBENCH priced per user?

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price that includes a set number of users: 10 on Starter and 50 on Pro. Adding a technician doesn't change the bill until you go past the plan's limit, at which point you move up a plan.

Which plan includes HES, MDM or billing integration?

Connectorly integrations are included in Pro and Enterprise. They connect to REST APIs, OAuth-protected services or a SQL database, with AI-assisted field mapping, and are built to integrate with SAP IS-U and Oracle CC&B-style billing systems.

Which plan includes the no-code workflow builder?

The workflow builder is included in Pro and Enterprise. It lets an admin build or change field forms (text, number, dropdown, checkbox, checklist, barcode, photo, GPS and counter fields) without a developer, which matters when a DISCOM changes its requirements halfway through a rollout.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade from the trial or Starter at any time, in a couple of clicks, as your crews grow or when you are ready to connect your HES or billing system.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

For customers in India, yes: plans are billed in rupees with GST included. There are no setup or onboarding fees, so the monthly price is what you pay.
