PIEBENCH terms of service

By creating an account or using PIEBENCH (the website, web console and Scout Android app), you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. PIEBENCH is operated by MindPress Technologies ("we").

Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep passwords private. You are responsible for what happens under your company's account.
• Your company's admins decide who gets access and which of the seven roles they hold.

Free trial

The trial needs no card. Trial accounts that are not upgraded are warned by email and then deleted, with their data.

Plans and billing

• Plans are a flat monthly price with a set number of users, billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• Indian prices include GST. There are no setup fees.
• If you go over a plan's limits, some actions are blocked until you upgrade or remove records.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing month.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into PIEBENCH, including consumer records, photos and readings. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export records such as service points and meters as CSV, and when you leave you can ask us for a full export and then deletion.

If your company collects personal data of its staff or consumers through PIEBENCH, it is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notices the law requires.

Acceptable use

Do not use PIEBENCH to break the law, to collect data you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it without a written agreement with us.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PIEBENCH available but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will tell you before removing a feature your plan includes. Enterprise customers may have a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Liability

PIEBENCH is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
